Mark Harris began his career in 1991, working for a boutique brokerage house in Florida before being recruited by Prudential Securities. A few years later, Mr. Harris was recruited by A.G. Edwards, where he was ranked number 7 in the country for syndicate, doing as many as 10-15 IPO's monthly. Mr. Harris then went on to establish his own Firm, First American Equities, which had over 160 Brokers, 5 offices nationwide, and over $1 billion under management. After the sale of First American Equities, Mr. Harris focused on his investment banking deals ranging from $3 million to $150 million, in completed transactions and continues his focus to this day. Mr. Harris is in his 17th year in the financial services industry and brings with him a vast number of top ranked law firms and financial management teams.

Mark Harris purchased Broker Dealer Market in 2004 and has continued to grow and improve the company ever since. Broker Dealer Market continues to perform in its outstanding fashion and can boast that our closing ratio is greater than it has ever seen.
