Buyers: Please take a look at our current list, and find a BD that you are interested in. BDM lists many companies, and you will probably find one that is a close fit. Note that some brokerages for sale will not appear on the list; in particular the larger BDs. Keep in mind that as part of the change in ownership process, you will be able to make changes to the operational capabilities of the BD, and tailor it to fit your needs. Once you have selected a company you are interested in, please read the “Procedures for Buyers” document – before calling us. Purchasing a BD is a step-by-step process, and can, on many occasions, be accomplished in a very short time; in some cases the process can be accomplished in a couple of weeks, with no downtime.
